Return Policy
Need to make a return? No problem.
We accept returns within 30 days for money back or 60 days for store credit on all items, except for “Final Sale” deals. Returns are always 100% free if you elect a store credit or exchange within the United States! International Return instructions are detailed later on this page.
Return fees are subsidized by Ash & Rose, and help to cover the cost of return shipping and payment processing expenses.
- If you use our provided shipping label, a $7.99 flat return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from a money-back return in your original form of payment.
- If you mail your own package using a carrier of your choice a $3.99 flat restocking fee will be deducted from a money-back return in your original form of payment.
- If you return for a store credit or exchange, we’ll cover the full cost of return shipping and processing and you’ll pay no fee when you use our provided label, to any address within the United States.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact info@ashandrose.com as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
We are a very small, low inventory company, and returned items will be sold again after you send them back. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached as you received them. Items showing signs of wear will be donated and no refunds or credits will be granted.
US Return Instructions
To initiate a return, simply email info@ashandrose.com to request a return shipping label from any address within the United States. Include your order number if you have it. If you can’t find your order number, we can look it up with your name and email address.
Please specify if you'd like a money back return, store credit, or exchange. All fees are waived if you opt for a credit or exchange of equal or greater value.
We’ll email you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
You may also elect to use your own return shipping label purchased form a carrier of your choice. Please note that a $3.99 restocking fee still applies, and you’ll need to purchase insurance as we will not refund lost packages that are not shipped with a label we provided. You’ll find our address below under “How to Pack Your Return.”
International Return Instructions
If you’re located outside of the United States, you’ll be responsible for purchasing and insuring your own return shipping postage, using a carrier of your choice (see “How to Pack Your Return” below). All international returns are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee.

We are not responsible for international returns lost in transit enroute to our location, and will not provide refunds on international returns that do not arrive back to us. Please insure your package.
We do not handle any logistical concerns such as seeking a refund for customs duties or local taxes. We are unable to offer support in seeking reimbursement for these types of expenses which you'll need to handle directly with your local government or postal system.
How to Pack Your Return
You must also include your original packing slip OR a note with identifying information such as your name, email address and order number if you have it. If your package does not include sufficient identifying information, we may be unable to process the return.
Please package any fragile items carefully. You are responsible for the safe return of your items in their original condition. As stated above, if you choose to use your own shipping label you’ll be responsible for any lost packages as well, and we suggest purchasing insurance. If you use the shipping label provided by Ash & Rose, you’ll be fully covered and still get a refund, even if your package gets lost in the mail on it’s way back to us!

If you use a label provided by us, all you’ll need to do is print it out and tape it to your return package, and then hand the package over to your mail carrier or drop off at any US Postal Service location.
