Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem.

Please initiate your return request by signing into your customer account. Simply click on your order, then click the "Request Return" button to start the process.

You may also contact customer service to submit your return request if you prefer.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in new condition with all original packaging.

You will be responsible for the actual cost of return postage, calculated at the time you request your return. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

We will waive your return shipping fee if you'd like to choose a store credit or exchange item instead! Exchange items will ship to you free of charge.

If you'd like to request a store credit or exchange, please include a note in your return request. This is a manual process on our end. We will override the shipping charge that you see presented, should you choose to return for store credit or exchange.
