Vintage Floral Cocktail Scrunchies

These scrunchies were made from a really nice little set of vintage cocktail napkins, all a different color, found in like new condition.  (What, you ask, is a cocktail napkin? In the "good old days" grown ups had all kinds of interesting little sets of things, just for serving drinks at cocktail parties. They were very sophisticated, a little fussy and hostesses spent a lot of time on the details, like these napkins...) These lovely little cotton rectangles were hand finished with a rolled hem.

Perfect for your scrunchie bow! They are attached to black bases to really emphasize the bows.  They could be great just or you or for a cute gift for bridesmaids or other party girls.
