Shipping & Delivery

All orders will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do not have a store location and do not offer a customer pickup option at this time.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more to any location in the US or Canada! Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship by the least expensive method available, unless you select a faster shipping upgrade.

We do our best to ship the next business day after you place your order. If there is a delay of more than two business days, we will contact you by email.

Returns and Exchanges

All items that are not clearly marked "Final Sale" may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. If you choose to make an exchange, the exchanged item(s) will ship to you for free to any location in the US or Canada.

Your return package must arrive at our location within 30 days of your original purchase date. If we receive a return past our 30 day window, we will issue a store credit for the current sale price of the item(s). If we no longer carry the item(s), we will not be able to issue a store credit.

Returns must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items showing signs of wear will be donated to a local charity, and no refund will be issued.

If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact us right away and we'll find a solution.

You are responsible for return postage, and for the safe delivery of your return package. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in the mail. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use a trackable service such as USPS or UPS, and purchase insurance on high-value packages.

Please include your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number with your shipment, and note any exchange requests.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal for payment. We're unable to accept cash, checks, money orders or any other forms of payment at this time.

We believe in pricing our products at a level that is fair to our artisan suppliers and provides great value to our customers. We will occasionally discount overstocked items, and these items will appear in the "outlet" section of our website. 

We are unable to offer price adjustment refunds if an item you purchased was marked down. In the event that you purchase an item within 7 days of a markdown, we will gladly issue a store credit for the price difference.
