STYLED BY HANNAH NAOMI January 21 2015, 1 Comment

Say hello to our guest stylist for the next three weeks, Hannah Naomi Cohen! You may recognize her name - she's the designer/artisan behind the Hannah Naomi jewelry line, which she lovingly crafts by hand in Portland, OR. Hannah also writes a personal style blog called Without a Thing To Wear (she posts delicious recipes too - start following now!). She's one of my oldest, dearest friends, and her edgy-feminine sense of style has always been an inspiration. No surprise that she came up with such an adorable outfit for this week's edition of Wardrobe Wednesday!

Hannah says,

"This look is one of my favorites -- two bold prints in a monochromatic tone? That's my jam. So easy, so classy.

The skirt is made by the in-house line and as always, the quality is impeccable. From the classic nautical pattern, to the slight A-line flare, this skirt is so easy to wear and universally flattering. It's made of a nice, medium-weight fabric so it holds its shape amazingly well throughout the day (without wrinkling!)

The boat-neck shape and abstract striped print of the top matches the skirt beautifully. I love the unusual take on a classic striped shirt. The tooled leather shoulder bag I'm wearing is the perfect size for all my essentials. The leather is thick, sturdy and so well made -- definitely the type of bag that will only improve with age.

Finish it off with a swipe of bright red lipstick and the look is complete. Simple, chic and edgy."

Fun fact: Hannah is a mutant! See how her eyes are two different colors? It's just one more things that makes this woman so gorgeously unique.
